This directory contains hierarchical netlists for the following benchmark
circuits: 

	        alu4
	        c17x
	        goel
	        max
	        myeq
	        voter

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  These benchmark circuits are currently provided 'as is', without support.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A compressed tar-file, "Hier.tar.Z",  containing this set of netlists, is also
provided in this directory to facilitate retrieval by ftp. Please note that
these hierarchical benchmarks are not included in the top-level ISCAS85.tar
and ISCAS85.tar.Z files, hence they must be retrieved separately. 

These netlists are provided on user demand, on an 'as is' basis, without any
support at this stage. They were used by John Calhoun for research involving
hierarchical test generation. Since John is no longer at MCNC, it is not
possible for us to provide any support for these benchmark circuits..
